The Comfort High soles are 5 mm thick and fit the vast majority of shoes that have removable insoles. The insole comes in three versions which are Low, Medium and High, which are made to fit all types of arches. The Icebug sole corrects the structure of the foot. It often feels hard at first as muscles and tendons that have been inactive for a longer period now start to function again. Therefore, a gradual adaptation is recommended, only use the sole for one or a few hours per day to begin with and gradually increase the use of the sole.
